Jean Paul Irastorza oversees the Asset Management department of IRAS Group. His responsibilities include financial reporting, conducting various analyses (budgets, leases, capital structures, etc.), and identifying potential acquisition, disposition, and repositioning opportunities for the company. His asset management skills have ensured that the investment strategy of IRAS Group is executed.

Prior to joining IRAS Group, Jean Paul worked in the CMBS Special Servicing and Subordinate Debt Origination departments of Torchlight Investors. At Torchlight, he was exposed to a diversified portfolio of loans with varied capital structures and bond structures. Jean Paul also held numerous internships throughout his college career at Cohen Financial, UBS, and Marcus & Millichap. Jean Paul graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Finance.
