Madelin Irastorza oversees the Design and Strategy Department of IRAS Group. Her responsibilities include the interior design of the company’s assets and supervision of the Product Improvement Plans (PIP). Her ability to implement sophisticated and timeless designs, while focusing on cost control, has been vital to the success of the company. Madelin is also responsible for overseeing management and conducting strategic decisions; her 25 years of experience in the real estate development profession has qualified her to successfully initiate and manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects.

Like her husband, Madelin graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture.
