Christian Irastorza oversees the Operations division of IRAS Group, where he is responsible for maximizing revenue, profitability, and operational efficiencies across the company’s portfolio. His keen understanding of operations and asset performance enables him to identify value-add acquisition opportunities and drive strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to joining IRAS Group, Christian worked for South Florida–based real estate development firm TERRA Group, where he was responsible for underwriting and evaluating the feasibility of acquisitions and development projects. He also held internships throughout his college career at Wells Fargo Wealth Management and Marcus & Millichap, gaining experience in investment analysis and real estate advisory.

Christian earned his MBA from Columbia Business School, with a focus on Real Estate Finance and Family Business Management. He also graduated from the University of Miami with a double major in Finance and Economics.
