Jill Klinsport oversees the Sales and Marketing Department of IRAS Group. She is responsible for establishing and implementing a comprehensive sales and marketing plan that defines hotel sales objectives and financial goals. She also manages the interviewing, hiring, and coaching of sales employees, as well as accurately communicating and reporting sales data. She provides support for each hotel by assisting with revenue and yield management strategies based on market trends and Compset analysis, with a focus on maximizing top line revenue.
Additionally, Jill is accountable for guest satisfaction by establishing and maintaining long term client-based relationships.
Jill has over 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience with companies such as Highgate Hotels, Hilton, Marriott, and Kimpton hotel and resorts.
