Kevin Famiglietta is responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of the IRAS Group’s portfolio of hotels. In this role, he leads a team of dedicated sales and operations professionals who ensure that each property is aligned with the company’s core values and culture. Under his leadership, the team is committed to exceeding budgetary targets, delivering superior guest experiences, and fostering long-term loyalty and retention among both guests and employees.

Prior to joining IRAS Group, Kevin held senior leadership positions, including Executive Vice President of Operations and Sales at SREE Hotels and Regional Vice President of Operations at Schulte Hospitality Group. In these capacities, he successfully managed a diverse portfolio of both full-service and select-service hotels, demonstrating expertise in optimizing operational efficiency and driving revenue growth
