Maria Alvarez identifies the operational requirements and opportunities for improvement for the Apexx Management Hotel Portfolio. She is responsible for tracking and analyzing the hotel reviews and guest satisfaction, labor control, financial trends, goals and data accuracy, hotel brand standards, licenses & safety regulations, and employee engagement.

Maria has worked in various departments over the years including task force at other IRAS Group properties. She previously served as Assistant General Manager at the Tru by Hilton.

Maria is an undergraduate at Florida International University completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management.
